1. The Hopper Prize
The Hopper Prize is a bi-annual, international prize, awarding various cash grants totalling $11,000 to artists around the world.
Deadline: May 14
Entry fee: $40
Judges: Maya Brooks, Assistant Curator, North Carolina Museum of Art; Lauren Rosati, Associate Curator, The Metropolitan Museum of Art New York City
Prize: 2 artists will each receive $3,500 and 4 artists will each receive $1,000. Additional exposure is available via a 30 artist shortlist, online journal publication & Instagram features currently reaching an audience over 115k.
2. Delfina Foundation Residency
Open to both UK based and international residents, Delfina are currently holding an open call for their Winter Residency Season (January 6 - March 30, 2025).
The subject of this thematic residency is: Science_Technology_Society. It is aimed at artists whose practices engage with aspects of art, science, technology, and mental wellbeing, and who make strong proposals for how they will use this opportunity to explore ideas within that theme.
Delfina residencies support peer-to-peer conversations between participants through programmed activities, workshops, meetings, and networking opportunities.

The Residency:
International applicants - A fully-funded 12-week residency which includes:
A return economy-class flight
Airport transfers in the UK
Reimbursement of visa fees (if required)
Per diems of £35 per day
A materials budget of £800
A travel pass for London’s public transport network
A single bedroom with a desk at Delfina Foundation, a house which hosts up to 8 residents with shared facilities, including: bathrooms, laundry rooms, a kitchen, library and dining room.
UK applicants: Applicants based in the UK will be considered for nonresidential participation in the programme and will be paid a fixed fee of £3000 for their involvement, plus reimbursements for pre-agreed travel costs required for their participation.
3. The Cass Art Prize
Brought to you by the art supply powerhouse Cass Art, this new prize offers a handpicked selection of artists the chance to present work at Copeland Gallery, London. Here, the impressive judging panel will award 10 prizes, plus an additional Peoples Choice Award will be determined by the public.

4. The Lumen Prize
The Lumen Prize champions the innovative possibilities of technology-driven creativity, showcasing artists who are pioneering new visual languages at the intersection of art and technology. This is an international award.

5. The Women in Art Prize
One for the gals! The Women in Art Prize is dedicated to empowering, fostering, and guiding emerging female artists. Annually, 22 finalists are selected to receive continuous career support and assistance in finding exhibition opportunities.
Deadline: June 30
Entry fee: £25 for two artworks; £15 for students
